And getting your claim handled to your satisfaction means being able to report the claim as soon as possible. At Germania, you can now report a claim 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To make it even faster, Germania has trained many of their agents and representatives in claims handling, and in most cases a call to your local Germania agent/representative is all that is necessary.

Call the person you bought your insurance from first. If you cannot reach your
agent, call 1-800-392-2202, extension 4810 during business hours. Normal business hours at Germania are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. After hours, simply call 1-800-392-2202 and you will be guided to a claims customer service representative. For automobile glass claim call 1-888-664-4671.

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY CHECK?
Our claims adjusters are equipped with lap top computers, and in most cases we
are able to issue a check the day the adjuster reviews your loss.
